1. Entry & Security Checks

  • All customers will be searched upon entry using metal detector wands.
  • Any prohibited items found will result in denied entry.
  • Last entry times:
    • Sunday to Thursday: 11:45 PM
    • Friday & Saturday: 1:00 AM
  • No re-entry once you have left the venue.

2. Age & ID Verification

  • We are strictly an over-18 venue – proof of age will be required.
  • After 10 PM, all customers must present physical valid photo identification.
  • We operate Challenge 25 – if you appear under 25, you must provide valid ID.
  • IDs will be scanned through our ClubScan system for verification.

3. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on drugs.
  • Any drug-related activity or possession will result in immediate removal and reporting to the relevant authorities.
  • Aggressive or anti-social behaviour will result in removal and a permanent ban on future entry.

4. CCTV Monitoring & Security

  • CCTV is in operation throughout the premises for the safety of customers and staff.
  • Footage may be shared with the authorities upon request.

5. Conduct & Respect for Others

  • Be kind and polite to all staff and fellow customers.
  • Customers must leave in an orderly manner, showing respect for our neighbours and local community.
  • Management may ask customers to leave earlier than closing time for crowd control and neighbourhood considerations.
  • Loud, disruptive or unruly behaviour in the venue will not be tolerated.

6. Dress Code & Venue Behaviour

  • Smart casual attire is required; no sportswear or excessively casual clothing.
  • Loud, disruptive, or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.

7. Alcohol & Substance Regulations

  • Bringing outside food or drink is prohibited.
  • Drug use and possession of illegal substances are strictly banned.

8. Weapons & Dangerous Items

  • Possession of weapons or hazardous items is strictly prohibited.

9. Management & Security Rights

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service at their discretion.
  • Security personnel have full authority to enforce all house rules.
